Welcome to the Hydra user support section. This area of the site is aimed at providing valuable support information to supplement the support desk and to ensure that you get the most from Hydra Management products. Note: The links will only work once you are logged in.

Our support desk is designed to extend these benefits by providing a friendly, timely and professional service to meet the needs of our customers. By developing a partnership with our customers and using our experience we understand the impact their request has on the organisation. We use both prioritisation and communication to keep them involved, every step of the way.

When are we Available

Standard support agreements provide telephone service between the hours of 09:00 and 17:30 GMT, Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Some clients have out of office support agreements, please contact your Hydra administrator for further details.
